WTF is up with these guys masking their faces like they're some jack booted Revolutionary Guard?
This seems like a relatively new thing we're now seeing with ICE, these guys aren't being targeted for kidnappings or assassination, not even in the slightest, so why are they being allowed to cover their faces? It's jarring to see.
