And yes Mike, Chinese people make food names poetic not just for shits and giggles but also to make unattractive items sound a bit fancy. IE Chicken feet are called Phoenix Claws

I too enjoy the occasional fool-the-white-man Chinese food. There was plenty of that going on in Calgary growing up. Greasy and salty AF at one place my mom's friend used to run lol.
