You’re going to bust my chops over having a hotdog at Costco during two weeks in Mexico? I didn’t realize that I was required to eat tacos and tamales for every meal to appease the revscene food police.
It’s Costco…if I’m going, then I’m having a dog.

Whenever I travel, I make it a point to go to Costco. Bulgogi Bake in Japan, Hotdog w/ Brown Ketchup in Iceland, etc.

Costco is a culture. You need to experience it in every country.

First thing I ate in Manila, Philippines when I went there, besides pussy, was fried chicken with rice at Costco. Delicious on both counts.

I took my costco card to Auckland New Zealand and it was great. People were floored to see someone from Canada buying so much stuff to ship back.

A while back I mentioned I might need a replacement battery soon.

A couple weeks ago, I woke up to a flat battery again and the car wouldn't start, so I finally got it done.

Audi dealer quote for H6 battery replacement: $450 plus taxes/fees for battery, plus labour to replace, plus ECU programming. Estimated total: Around $800 all in.

$800! For a battery replacement on a fairly basic car.

Costco: $260 plus tax for the battery. For ECU programming, I DIY'd by purchasing a Carista EVO for $100 plus one month app subscription for $30.

So about $430 all in.

costco also has the best battery warranties
my dad complained that his battery was starting to run low and it was below the 100k mark and they gave him 50% off his new one.

i think he did the same thing with tires recently too. they gave him a big discount because the tread was wearing low faster than advertised.
