Re: Socks. What's with choice here? Am I the only one that has both crew AND ankle socks? One for the winter and the other for the summer when my cankles are prone to getting sweaty.

I only have ankle socks and the ones that go just below your knees (tube socks?). I have never really understood the whole crew sock trend for the younger generation these days. Always thought it looked weird other than on some taller dudes because it accentuates height? Or also the pinner dudes. I personally don't think I can pull it off style wise so I just stick to what I know lol.

Long socks with shorts look stupid, even if they are in style again. Especially with "slides" (formerly known as sandals)
In the future, Zoomers will look at pictures of themselves from the 2020's and cringe, like we do with pictures of ourselves from the 80's in our long socks with shorts. Although even then we knew better to never wear them with sandals (now known as "slides")

ive been exclusively a 1/4 crew guy for ages now except for in the winter when i wear crew socks so that they are comfy with boots on
