That is so weird. I went to the quiet, off the beaten path, location on Kingsway. Next to Wendy’s and across the street from Metrotown Mitsubishi. Got there at 11:00 am. No big line up. The sandwich came in one of those boxes.

I guess it depends on the location. Mine was great. The best one I've had was at the Port Moody location. Might have been the fact I got it for free by joining their club. I wAnder if they still have the Big Mary Mondays. $4.99, iirc.
I ordered a Batter's Box from the Fraser Street location and it was, meh.
I won't be ordering anything for a while. I have so many McDonald's coupons from the book, lol. Now that was a good deal.

The Brighton (Burnaby near Lougheed mall) has whole beef tenderloins on sale . Reg is 69.99/kg on for 49.99 kg. Plus 35$ off per piece.
Dates are best before nov 8 but I wouldn’t worry about that. As long as you take it out of the bag and process it in the next week should be fine.
You need to know how to clean a tenderloin which I’m sure you can find on you tube.
