canucks tickets
hey guys just had a quick question, im planning on buying some canucks-kings tickets for the game this thursday from Craiglist.
Anyone know if a lot of people are selling fakes, if so is there any way to tell what ticket is fake or real?

Even if your tickets are real, they may not be valid. You won't know until you have them scanned at the doors.
I would only consider buying tickets from Season Ticket Holders, but even doing so there's a risk involved. If a STH sold you their tickets, all they have to do is call their account rep and say they've lost their tickets for the game. The tickets they sold you will become void and they'll now have new tickets and your money to go to the game with.
All Season Ticket Holders should have a Canucks Card, not sure if this season's have been mailed out yet, but last year's was a White and Green card with the ticketholder's name on it. If they have nothing to hide they shouldn't have a problem showing you this card.
The only for sure way to be guaranteed good tickets is to buy them from Ticket Master, Stub Hub or Prime Seat Club.

Meet at the person's house and copy down his BC Driver's license. That way you can at least match up his info and if he's dumb enough to scam you, you have his info.
