seems like it just makes it harder to hold an isometric contraction. The range of motion very limited. It makes you hot because when your moving, the blood circulates around your body because it is moving rather quickly. In other words, you won't get huge from this if that is your goal. As a sedentary beginner though, you MIGHT be able to get newbie
