my srs light has been on since i;ve owned my teggy. i've heard through friends that its possible to have a faultly ground and so you would have to start tracing wires to find the problem.

I think the reset procedure is universal for most hondas...
This works for my Accord...maybe try it a few times?
1) connect the 2 leads/wires/paper clips whatever
2) turn key to On, but don't turn on Ignition
3) light should go off - quickly disconnect
4) light should come on - quickly connect
5) light should blink twice
6) turn off everything, remove key, wait 10 seconds
7) ...profit? lol
