What is this annoying random window that keeps popping up?
I ran my virus and trojan scanners, it was clean, tried Internet Explorer, and Chrome and it keeps popping out everywhere, I never experienced this before. How can i get rid of it?

So it only seems to pop up inside your browser, but it happens to all your browsers?
This probably is malware, might have to try a few more antivirus software.
Apollo it happen with a clean reinstall of chrome? What about Firefox?
