Axle Shaft Installation
Hey guys,just wanna ask..
When installing a new axleshaft
How do you make that the axle shaft is properly popped in?
Is there any certain way to make sure its IN there properly?
Replies would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Be sure there is a snap ring on the inner joint. Install the outer cv joint into the hub, and finger tighten the big nut, so you can use the weight of the hub, rotor and caliper to help slam the inner joint into the trans.
When you think the inner is in all the way, use a screw driver and lightly pry at the inner joint as if you were trying to pry it out of the trans. You should feel the snap ring holding the inner joint in place

Thanks! When it is in all the way, they said it would be hard to pull the axle shaft off by hand? is that right?
