Lee's used to be good. They are horseshit now. It's a nostalgia thing for people.
Harmony is disgusting. It's like white spot. It's always been awful but people who grew up with it are conditioned.
Cream pony is awesome. Lucky's is good. Honeys is good but I prefer yeast donuts to cake donuts so I'm not super into it. I'll try Goldies. I've heard good things and they have a parking lot which will lend itself to some e30 pics.

Call me crazy but I love me a honey crueller lol. That said, the occasional classic honey dip for sure or the one that's like a boston cream but instead of custard it's like whip cream.

White spot is terrible, just like Lee's. Everything to White Spot is an overcooked soggy mess. The burgers are bland. Only thing that's worthwhile is maybe their breakfast stuff.
Triple O's is much better despite being the same brand. Granted I haven't had Triple O's in more than 10 years so I don't know if they are still good.
Just go to A&W.
I don't have a nostalgia for Lee's, but we bought some at their popup in Tsawwassen Mills and it was frankly not great. Not worth the money.

Crueller is also my fav but good ones can be a bit hard to find. I really like Lucky's crueller though.

Monty Mushroom Burger back in the day was the awesome. I remember back when it was like $8.99 for burger, fries and drink.
The one from Triple Os isn't the same, usually made by TFWs who shouldn't be handling beef and the burger alone now costs like $10  .

A monty mushroom burger platter (i.e. coleslaw and fries OR side caesar salad OR side Spot salad) from White Spot now costs $22.50 before tax & tip. 
Value wise, I would prefer Triple Os over White Spot.

once in a while, if company pays and I can write off, White Spot is not bad. Especially when they have the blueberry pie combo. And oh, that endless plate of fries !! Or during brunch, their smashed potatoe ... once in a while only.

White Spot is is the best for family dinners with the little one. Can't beat a pirate pak. But it's getting too expensive now for what it is. Dinner for 4 was $150 last time!
For donuts, can't beat Krispy Kreme.

What’s crazy about white spot is it used to be a go-to breakfast spot. They had a decent breaky menu like 15+ year ago
Now the breakfast menu is a fucking joke lol like legit -terrible- menu for breakfast even by chain standards
