I'm typically 1-3/day, depends on what I've been eating and how the day is going. If it doesn't happen at all I feel like garbage the next day. My whole digestive system got screwed up for a long time from getting food poisoning twice within a few months back in high school though.

Shit usually 2 times per day, all in the morning.
When we travel the GF can go days without shitting, I think this is more common with women.
WFH is the greatest gift to shitting during work. If I was in the office I'd shit at work every morning. I can't shit when someone is sitting in the stall next to me though, the poop runs back into the hole.
A colleague and I had a rule with each other, 2-stall bathroom -- if someone is in a stall already, go fuck off and come back later, don't go sit in the other stall and fuck up the man's shit.

Waaat?! I thought roughly once a day is the standard for normal, healthy people eating a balanced meal...
Back in my university years when I was living at the dorm with an already paid meal plan though -- ie. you basically eat as much as you can -- I was probably doing it 2x a day bcos I was eating so much LOL~

That's quite the wide range, but we all know once a day is THE normal ...  .

It isn't just the shape or consistency. Colour is extremely important too!
Brown is normal. Green is nearly always normal. Yellow is usually normal as well, except for a few caveats. Black is only normal during blueberry season, and orange is normal if you eat a lot of carrots or pumpkin.

i have a friend who has to shit like 10m after eating a meal. its obviously not the digested food from that meal, but somehow after eating it triggers his bm. so he goes like after every meal, like 2-3x a day or whatever.
im a once every 1-2 days kinda guy.. mostly its daily but sometimes not. always thought this was weird but apparently its within the normal range. i always go at home, usually after work. if i have to go in public i will but i almost never do unless i have an upset stomach or something.
i also pee sitting at home, standing at home is gross... you get droplets flying all over your pants/legs/toilet/floor... why subject yourself to that. however at friends houses or anywhere in public, im standing
if i make any sort of mess at my friends house though even just on the rim of the bowl, i will always clean up with a big wad of tp though.. im not a total asshole

I usually shit in the morning right after my coffee and when I travel my body seems to reset itself to the time zone really well AND it tends to want to shit less (like very second day instead of daily).
