He was mumbling something about how he had a nicer watch at home than the citizen he was wearing... Instead of "thank you", I shouted "Hyundai sucks!" when I got off the bus.
No joke though, one stop was so abrupt, this guy that must've broke 300lb slid down the bench seat. Good thing the bar was strong enough to stop his slide.

I am curious - what happens when someone legitimately complains about a bus driver with all the information required? (I assume they must be super pissed or just a Karen.)

My classmate got into CI, and he said there's some ppl that's just out there complaining about everything. CI will always try to defuse unless it's an actual SAFETY isssue, then it'll be brought up the chain to the respective department for an investigation.
there's people calling in saying bus driver missed them at the stop.
CI always try to defuse it there. They'll ask questions like "were you standing at the ID pole or did you make yourself visible?" shit like that.
There's also nice people that uses that form to give a commendation to a bus driver for doing something nice. that usually get brought to our operation supervisor which then will give us a letter with an hour of pay.

Just a quick bump
Passed probation (675 hours NOT including the 6 week training time), had a few close calls but got extremely lucky with lenient outcomes LOL... there is someone in operation looking out for me I think lololol
As of today, I believe our original 28 strong group is now 7 remaining... and a few of them still have 100ish hours (they took vacation early).
Can finally relax a bit, and now just dont fuck up and ride till retirement~
Exciting times haha~

cant be good.... like most women in a heavily male dominated industry, always some bullshit drama associated.
We had this one female conductor, quite hot, stir up soooooo much fucking drama at CN. She ended up getting shit canned cuz they caught her taking lude photos of herself while at work for her onlyfans or whatever. union tried to get her job back.... CN still rejected it, union didnt even try again as most of the top union guys were like fuck you.
i think she ended up trying to sue both CN and the union but lost on both fronts.
