One thing that I don't think the math accounts for is inflation over the 20 yrs (or more) of your retirement. I'd say add $250-500K to be safe.
With inflation as it has been in the past 5-10 yrs, $40-50K won't be a lot in 5-10 yrs time, let alone the rest of your retirement yrs.

Uhh.. 40 to 50k a year to spend? A new roof or a replacement car could sink your budget for years. And then, the kids are also going to want help with their first house, weddings, and grand kids that need dental work. AI will have put them all out of work, so they will be foreclosed and then I will need to buy a larger house to fit them!
Also, there's no way CPP and OAP is going to cover us until we're 80 or some BS like that. It's only going to go up and up as we get older.

I can't find the vacation thread or w/e... but I'll be on a trip (for business) to Seoul for two weeks - are there any must go's that I have to visit? I don't really care for kpop or celebrities, skincare, cute cafes, temples or the other generic Korean things. I doubt there's car stuff there, maybe unless Hyundai N has something cool.

(while you're here you can see the statues of of Admiral Yi Sun-sin, which is my personal fave, and King Sejong the Great). Visiting the palace during the day is cool to check out. But seeing the Admiral's statue at night is better.

Is your mobile phone using your work's WiFi? Or is it using your carrier's data network?
If using your carrier's data network, it likely isn't blocking or filtering anything. I assume your work computer is attached to your corporate network, so likely RS is being filtered for key words. Like in this thread, Badhobz suggested sex tourism, djstyles basically suggesting he engages in sex tourism (specifically in South East Asia) and whitev70r suggesting I am a racist etc. Umm. Yeah. Good luck getting that unrestricted.
