The claim that Iran was planning on attacking the U.S. or U.S. Forces, whether preventively or preemptively, is a sheer and utter lie.
The sole purpose of that lie is to justify Operation Epic Mistake, a misadventure engineered by Israel and paid for by ordinary Americans.
If the rich need a private jet to leave the Middle East, they will need to pay a big price.
A drop in the bucket for them if it means rich folks can avoid the higher risk of death?
-from the article:
“We are seeing requests from ultra-high-net-worth families, multinational corporations relocating senior executives and larger groups such as sports teams and touring productions that still need to move together,” he added.
Bernardus Vorster, CEO of private charter firm SHY Aviation, told CNN that there are normally around 10 to 15 private jet flights from the Omani capital, Muscat, Dubai and the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on a normal day, but this spiked to 98 on Wednesday last week.
One flight saw a group of 12 people and their dog fly from Muscat to Istanbul, Turkey, a five-hour journey, for $145,000, he added.
The same flight would have cost around $60,000 before the conflict, said Vorster, equivalent to a 142% increase.
Muscat and Riyadh were the preferred departure airports at the start of the conflict as the airspace and flight corridors were more predictable, although Dubai has since become more popular as the emirate is home to many people who are trying to leave the region, Vorster explained.
“Istanbul has been the most popular destination because of its proximity to the region,” said Vorster, with other destinations including Athens and Mumbai.

Iran’s foreign minister.
I feel like I am probably just being Captain Obvious here (which I think I tend to do quite a bit here on RS), but while the killing of Iran's Supreme Leader was certainly the biggest and most notable positive from Epic Fury, as time goes passes and the war continues to rage on, it is increasingly looking like:
1) Epic Fury has only opened a HUGE can of worms
2) Trump has clearly not thought this through
3) Hegseth and the DoD have either failed in the assessment of how the attack would proceed, or ignored the advice from DoD analysts to press ahead with the attack anyway
I am not qualified enough to say whether the benefits and achievements from Epic Fury so far are outweighing the negatives. But as the war wages on in its current trajectory, I know that every passing day is making things on worse on an international level, and the developments don't seem to actually benefit the Iranian people either. In my extremely limited and probably naive view, unless US and Israel are willing to actually put their own boots on the ground in Iran, the Iranian regime is unlikely to fall, which also means there wouldn't be any notable positive changes for Iranians either.

As far as I'm concerned, nobody living outside the Middle East can ever understand the deep entanglement of issues and religion and culture there... the USA continually meddles in the region and never seems to realize their most fundamental ideologies are so different that a lot of normal every day assumptions about behaviour and attitude can't even be relied on.
What a shitshow.
I took a dip into right wing social media today and it's pretty amazing, so many people saying some deaths are okay to free the beautiful Iranian women from their tyranny. Suddenly now all those TRAD-wife wanting 1950's cretins are rationalizing this based on the freedom of women?! Hahahaha my god the gene pool needs chlorine.
Yup, they're calling them Latinas of the Middle East while posting AI-generated pics in scantily clad clothing while draped in the Iranian flag. Pretty fucking insane. Remember when the Ukrainian War started? Same people going on about all the Ukrainian Blondes...no wait that was Hobz on RS...
-looks like the start of attacks in the US. on Jewish people.
In before the over used word 'AnTiSeMItisM'.
What do you think is going to happen when your mother country is bombing the sh*t out of Iran and Lebanon ... after obliterating & flattening Gaza already ?! Oh, the Arabs hate us ... wonder why

Yea I think it taught the world a lesson, to never trust the USA again, their credibility is basically zero. They will continue their decline, how the F are they even paying for this? No one is buying their debt, they can only continue to print which will further the downturn of USD, no one will want to touch USD as either you will be bombed or they sanction you .

The current administration is run by inexperienced individuals with a history of screwing up one thing after another, then moving on to the next thing that happens to catch the leader's interest.

IRAN WAR - BIG UPDATE - from financial expert Robert Kiyosaki.
.
"If you work for Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Nvidia, Oracle, IBM or Palantir in the Middle East — Iran just put a target on your back.
This is not a headline from a conspiracy website, for anyone thinking it's not true.
This is from Iran's IRGC.
Their central military command. Published on Telegram by Tasnim News Agency — the official mouthpiece of the Revolutionary Guard.
Here's what happened...
Israel struck a bank branch in Tehran. Iran called it an "illegitimate and unusual act in war."
And then Iran changed the rules of this entire conflict.
The IRGC announced: "The enemy has left our hands open to targeting economic centers and banks belonging to the United States and Israel in the region."
Then Tasnim published a list. Three slides on Telegram. Approximately 30 targets. Named. Located. Described.
- Google's Dubai office and Qatar cloud center.
- Amazon's offices in Tel Aviv and Haifa — plus more AWS data centers.
- Microsoft, Nvidia, Oracle, IBM, Palantir — offices across Israel and Gulf states.
Iran called them "enemy technology infrastructure."
Then added: "As the scope of the regional war expands to infrastructure war, the scope of Iran's legitimate targets expands."[/B]
Let me explain why this is a completely different kind of threat.
When missiles hit military bases, soldiers expect that. That's the known risk of war.
But when you're an engineer at a Google office in Dubai, sitting at your desk writing code, you didn't sign up for war.
That randomness is the entire point.
War doesn't win by killing soldiers. It wins by making ordinary people feel like nowhere is safe.
It wins when companies evacuate staff.
When talent refuses to relocate. When billions in AI infrastructure investment starts looking for the exit.
Iran understands this perfectly.
And the financial damage has already started.
AWS data centers in the UAE and Bahrain were already struck in earlier Iranian attacks, taking banking, payments and enterprise services offline.
Here's the detail that should terrify every CFO in the region: standard insurance policies do not cover losses from war or military action.
Every dollar of damage, uninsured. Think about what's actually at stake.
- Microsoft committed $15 billion to UAE infrastructure by 2029.
- Oracle, Nvidia and Cisco are all part of OpenAI's Stargate AI campus in the UAE — a 10-square-mile, 5-gigawatt facility.
- Saudi Arabia's Humain is pouring billions more into regional AI buildouts.
This is where the next decade of AI gets built.
Iran just declared it a war zone.
Iran also warned civilians to "not be within one kilometer of banks" across the region.
This statement is designed to empty offices. To make every person working near a bank or a tech campus question whether they should show up tomorrow.
That uncertainty is the weapon.
I've been watching this war for 12 days. It started with missiles and fighter jets. Now it's targeting the cloud infrastructure that runs the global economy. The battlefield keeps expanding.
he's shady af... he's the original fake guru. he sells classes/seminars and books that sell vague advice. his financial success before the books are dubious.
-looks like a ground assault on Iran with a U.S. Marine team of 2500 soldiers.
Will the U.S. win a ground assault or will the Iranians beat them up?
Afghanistan 2.0?
BREAKING: The Pentagon is preparing for the possibility of a ground invasion in Iran, moving a Marine Expeditionary Unit toward the Middle East as Trump’s war grows out of control.
According to two officials who spoke to the Wall Street Journal, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has approved a request from U.S. Central Command to deploy a Marine Expeditionary Unit — a force of up to 2,500 Marines specifically designed for rapid ground assault operations.
The unit is believed to be coming from the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California, and will be positioned near Iran as the regime ramps up attacks on commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most critical oil transit routes.
A Marine Expeditionary Unit is built to launch amphibious and ground invasion missions on short notice, signaling that the U.S. military is preparing for a rapidly escalating scenario in the region.
Lol they won't win, apparently Iran is all mountain so locals know the lay of the land and it's natural fortification. How are you gonna resupply? Fly everything in while they shoot you down or boat them in while they shoot you. You think the locals will just be like welcome in murican white men.
Wow a lot of marines are going to die, pure lunacy.
I think the real issue underneath all of this is that they have NO IDEA where any of the enriched uranium is so they have no choice but to invade by ground and try to find it. Now that they’ve provoked to this degree if they don’t find it there’s going to be a dirty bomb in the USA and it’s going to be real ugly.
