Notice how the bottom bracket, crankset, and pedals "sort of" cover the license plate? (Yes, I know it's the angle) but I'm curious if overly eager police authorities may pull people over for bikes "covering" the plates.
When I had a roof rack on my E36, I was already complaining of lifting a 22lb road bike onto the rack. Nevermind these beasts.

Don't you think to have asked the community first before buying the car?

I have a feeling he knew exactly what we would say, and deliberately avoided us until it was too late.
Well played, dark. Well played.
(congrats!!! )

uhhh i was just thinking of lugging it into the lezbaru. the load height isnt that bad and if you remove the battery pack first (10lbs) and the front wheel (another 10lbs?) then you can throw it into the trunk pretty easily.... at a lousy 50-60lbs?
ill let you know when i throw my back out doing such an idiotic activity.
p.s. lezbaru does not have any towing capacity. zip. nada. it doesnt even have an adapter or kit to retrofit a tow hook on the back.

Subaru sells a 1-1/4" receiver ("activity mount") for the Solterra. The text on it says you're not supposed to tow with it, but at least you can mount your bike to it.

What is the point of this? You can barely put on an e-bike on this thing.

Just use a dirtbike carrier so you get a ramp and don't have to lift it.

you can tell this was a total afterthought and for sure a toyota afterthought. lezbaru would usually have more sense than this.
This whole car is a 100000% toyota. There isn't a trace of lezbaru ingenuity anywhere.

It's totally an afterthought. Subarus often have outdoor activities in mind as part of their product design. Bike racks, canoe racks, all sorts of other sport you can think of.
To not have the ability to carry any of that stuff is anti-Subaru! This car is definitely not a lesbian!
